Our laboratory is run by a Ph.D. chemist with 15 years of gas phase media experience. Quality control of all impregnated media is supervised by this chemist. H2S capacity is tested periodically to assure performance to specification is maintained. All media samples submitted for remaining life analysis are overseen by him. Testing is done weekly with all submissions processed the week received. Emergency testing can be done even sooner if necessary. The following graph is a sample of the report you would receive via email showing the remaining life of the sample submitted. Notes as to sample conditions pertinent to the equipment it came from are included; the type media submitted is indicated. |
